"Marinated chicken thighs in this for two days then used on my own creation of an Asian pizza-- turned out awesome! Highly recommend as a base marinade for chicken to be used with other ingredients, after cooking the chicken. I mixed in pineapple, scallions, and a couple teaspoons of Lousianna Hot Sauce on the pizza, then topped it off with mozzarella. Came out perfect."
